People's: Caught In The Act!

• Mario Lopez, sipping on margaritas over dinner with Joe Francis and a group of women at L.A.'s Velvet Margarita. The guys ate enchiladas and "looked like they were having a blast," a restaurant patron tells us.


I was one of the women, haha! We went to eat at Velvet Margarita after the America's Best Dance Crew finale. Kourtney Kardashian was also eating with us. Hilarious!

obsession!

I'm fairly obsessed with my chapstick. I usually try to have a burts bees in my purse, car and at work. Sometimes I'm absentminded and leave them laying out. Well, when that happens, they tend to go missing. How does that happen?



Pedro!

Crazy little man shares my obsession. So, today... there was one laying on my bed next to my laptop when I went to go switch the laundry. When I came back to sit down, it was gone! I looked around for a minute in despair and then got up to look downstairs. Pedro followed me down the stairs and I looked at him and said, "Where did my burt's go?"

Pedro galloped over to his bed, retrieved my beloved chapstick and dropped it at my feet...un-chewed! I couldn't help but laugh. My dog is so freakin' cute and I can't blame him for trying! :)

In Boston the ironworkers across from a children's cancer treatment center are spray painting the children's name on the beams going into a new building.




Such a beautiful, simple act of kindness that goes such a long way :)

Juno

So I used to hate Jen Garner, don't know why, but she was an actress that always rubbed me the wrong way. Until Juno. I totally, completely fell for her in that film. (It could also be "13 going on 30" haha I don't know!)



She is gorgeous, vulnerable and yet completely maternal... it's adorable. I just watched it again last night and could not help bawling my eyes out. I love Juno. Ellen Page is also amazing. Just wanted to put that out there this morning. :)

Lucky

I'm a lucky girl. Right now, it's almost bittersweet to say that as I'm sitting in this huge nice hotel room by myself (in Texas) watching the same inauguration coverage for about the 10th time today... I should have been at home watching it with my boyfriend, who came LA to visit me instead of being in DC for the madness.

Yet, here I am in Texas! It's really good though. We flew in yesterday and fly home tomorrow, so it was nice and quick but a really great experience. There was a lot of bonding time with my bosses and growth within the company. I'm really glad I came. Sorta. ;)


But I am lucky. Let me count my blessings.

I love our president (!!!!!!!!!)
I'm ecstatic to be living in this country right now, alive while this history is happening.
I love my best friend.
I love him even more for being totally supportive of me. :)
